Townhouses in Manhattan Beach are selling faster than they can make it to market.  Townhouses or condos are usually two on a lot meaning a standard full lot is 30X90 in the sand section are built with two units,  either being detached or attached.Is there a preference between detached or attached?Detached units are generally more desirable due to them not having to share a common wall. Manhattan Beach Market Frenzy
