The Strand
- Maximum Building Height - 30" Feet
- Standard Full Lot - 33.3X100 (3,400 Square Feet)
- Front/Rear Setbacks - 5" feet
- Side/Rear Setbacks - 10 percent (10%) of the width but not less than three (3) feet
- Area District 3 - Residential Medium Density (RM)
- Maximum Build-able Floor Area - 1.6 Example. As a general rule the maximum size home you can have on a 3,400 square foot lot would be 5,440 square feet. (3,400X1.6=5440)
- Open Space Requirement - The minimum requirement is 15 percent (15%) of the build-able floor per unit, but not less than 220" feet.

- 20th St - 38th St $5,300,000 - $5,800,000

- Area District 4 - El Porto North of Rosecrans Avenue.
- Gas Lamp District - Residential Single Family (RS-D3) Additional design review is needed.
- Rosecrans Ave - Residential Medium Density (RM-D1) Additional design review is needed.
- Maximum Build-able Floor Area - 1.6/1.7 depending on area Example - As a general rule the maximum size home you can have on a 2,700 square foot full lot would be 4,590 square feet. (3,400X1.6=5,440)
- Open Space Requirement - The minimum requirement is 15 percent (15%) of the build-able floor per unit, but not less than 220" feet.
- A deck maybe located above the third story where the maximum height limitations are 30 feet
