In 1928 there was a third phase completed between 25th St and 32nd St between Highland and Alma. Walk Street Homes are most desirable on the 100 and 200 block which is West of Highland. The 300 and 400 block are less desirable while there location is East of Highland. There is a big price difference when comparing Manhattan Beach walk street homes within these different blocks based on proximity to the beach and ocean views.
Flat walk street lots in Manhattan Beach, generally located between 11th St and 4th St on the 300 and 400 block do not have ocean view BUT this location is very desirable to families as traffic is extremely minimal.
Full Lot walk street homes generally have lot sizes of 30X90 or 2700 square feet from the 300 block to the 100 block.
